M-P38-FBA Fiber Alloy Putty
1. Characteristics:
Fiber Alloy Putty, this product has high mechanical strength and good filling properties, mainly used for repairing concave or deep holes on the surface of fiberglass components and automotive sheet metal parts. It has good construction performance, fast filling defects, and a smooth surface after coating and scraping, with fast drying speed. It can be quickly polished, and the powder is easy to polish. After polishing, the putty film is fine, smooth, and flat, which can meet the high efficiency requirements of rapid repair.
2. Substrates:
Steel plate, aluminum plate, bare iron, fiberglass and old paint surface.
3. Applications:
1. Thoroughly remove rust, oil stains, old paint marks, and water from the surface of the substrate; Keep the substrate clean and dry before scraping.
2. Mixing for use: Mix the putty with the specialized BPO hardener in a ratio of 100:2 to ensure a uniform and consistent color. Note: The operating time can be 2-5 minutes/25 ℃ (depending on the proportion of hardener and temperature changes)
3. Polishing: After scraping and coating at ≥ 25min/25 ℃, it can be polished.
